Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride have established policies and guidelines for all community requests to create consistency and fairness to the organizations and individuals that ask for our support. We attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible but cannot guarantee that every request will be met. Due to the large number of inquiries we receive, we face the unfortunate task of making decisions and allocating resources responsibly.

Guidelines:

  • We welcome requests from registered nonprofit organizations located within Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Sumter, or Volusia County.
  • Requests for autographed memorabilia or match tickets are limited to online auction fundraisers or in-person event auctions designed to raise funds for charitable organizations.
  • Requests are limited to one donation, per organization, per calendar year.
  • Requests must be submitted at least 6 weeks in advance of the event / procurement date.
  • Incomplete or late requests will NOT be considered.
  • Submitting an online request does NOT guarantee your organization will receive a donation.
Please be advised:
  • We do not provide monetary sponsorships of any kind.
  • We do not provide donations to benefit individual fundraisers for national campaigns.
  • We do not provide donations to benefit religious or political organizations.
  • We do not provide donations to schools, parent/teacher associations, or booster groups.
  • We do not provide donations for use as door prizes, giveaways, or recognition gifts.
  • We do not accept unsigned merchandise sent in for autographing.
  • We do not ship or mail donation items. You must pick up your item from our offices located at Inter&Co Stadium, 655 W. Church Street, Orlando, FL 32805 during business hours.
